Toll Drive Residence Hall is the University’s latest campus project to address the housing shortage.
In an effort to address the housing shortage on campus, University officials will post a formal Request for Qualifications with the state to create a public-private housing development — which would be the first of its kind on the 25,000-student campus. The “campus village” would be targeted to students and young faculty, and would create a safe, affordable alternative to traditional off-campus housing.
