Kolaczyk received a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant Award to Moldova. In addition to instructing in the classroom, she will use her business experience as a marketing operations manager and a website builder to create an adult community program where participants will learn how to promote themselves, their businesses and their entrepreneurial ideas.
