Alumni Career Services: New Year – New Opportunities

Wishing you a Happy New Year! As we reflect on 2023, we want to express our sincere gratitude for your continuous support. As we step into 2024, we are thrilled to share four exciting opportunities for you to volunteer, engage with, and support our students and recent alumni.

Stony Brook Mentor Connect

We enthusiastically invite you to join our new mentoring platform, Stony Brook Mentor Connect. This is an opportunity to provide invaluable guidance and support to our students and recent alums as they navigate their academic and professional journeys. It is also a wonderful way for alumni to connect and network with one another. If you are interested in learning more or have any questions, please join us on Zoom for an Alumni Mentor Informational Session on January 30, 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm, or Thursday, February 15, 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm (EST).

Studio Career Chats

Be a featured guest at the Career Center for Studio Career Chats. The chats will be scheduled for alumni and corporate friends to join us for a few hours in the Career Center Studio. You’ll have the chance to engage in informal, in-person conversations with students in small groups and one-on-one, offering valuable perspectives on your career, company, and industry. If you are interested in participating in our exciting new endeavor, Studio Career Chats, please sign up and let the conversations begin.
